At PAS Comics, we want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind about a purchase, you can cancel it under the terms below. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Changed your mind?

You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

If you change your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item. Please take reasonable care of the comic and its packaging while it is in your possession. You may be responsible for any reduction in the item's value caused by handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact PAS Comics as soon as possible with your order number and details of the problem. We will cover the reasonable cost of returning an item that is faulty or was sent in error, and we will explain the next steps. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Refunds

When you cancel an order within the 14-day cancellation period, we will refund the amount paid for the item and the cost of standard delivery. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund up to the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, if earlier, receiving evidence that you have sent them back. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. We may make a deduction if the value of an item has been reduced through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

How to arrange a return

Please contact us with your order number and let us know whether you are cancelling because you have changed your mind or because the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
